Televised debate on 2C When: Wednesday October 7, 6:30pm Where: Carnegie Room at Penrose Library, 20 North Cascade What: News First 5 is hosting a live-televised debate on Measure 2C along with the Gazette, the Independent and the Pikes Peak Library District. Councilwoman Jan Martin and former State Senate Minority Leader Andy McElhany will take questions from members of the local media and the public.
