Contract #SWC 67433

The statewide contract for aggregate expires on September 30, 2012. State Purchasing has decided not to renew this statewide contract. Therefore, any state entity or authorized user is encouraged to conduct its own solicitation for aggregate, or to partner with other state entities for piggybacking and/or joint solicitations. State Purchasing has already coordinated with the primary user of the contract, Department of Transportation, and they have agreed to conduct their own solicitation for aggregate going forward. State Purchasing is available to assist in the coordination of state entity piggybacking and/or joint procurements, if needed.
