Cancellation Notice for Court Reporting Services Statewide Contract #SWC 90790

Authorized users have informed DOAS there is lower pricing in the open market for the same services available under the Court Reporting Services Statewide Contract (SWC). Spend analysis over the past 12 months shows this SWC has not been significantly utilized. Based on these findings, DOAS has exercised the right to terminate the SWC for convenience effective June 1, 2012, as provided in the SWC terms and conditions. Therefore, as of today, agencies, colleges, and universities are no longer required to use the SWC. Please ensure all purchase orders are completed in the system prior to the effective date of termination.
