State Agencies Moving Toward eBusiness: Suppliers Must Update VRS Profiles 

The State of Georgia is mandating all agency buyers use an online bid solicitation process beginning in November for all Requests for Quotes issued within an agency. This is important news for suppliers because it means that buyers will have to send Requests for Quotes to suppliers using eQuote.  Any suppliers who have outdated contact information in the Vendor Registration System (VRS) will not receive bid opportunities through the eQuote system. Read more>>
Supplier Seminars Scheduled Across Georgia
Nov. 17-18; Dec. 2, 16; and Jan. 7, 13

Georgia suppliers are invited to attend Supplier Seminars across Georgia to learn more about Team Georgia Marketplace and how to do business with the State.  Our Customer Advocacy Director Gina Tiedemann, and Customer and Vendor Relations Manager Hugh Farley will address the State of Georgia implementation of the new system and how it affects suppliers. Read More>>

Registration in Team Georgia Marketplace is now available, and we encourage anyone who would like to do business with the State of Georgia to register. Registration will allow you to receive bid solicitations after January 2009, when the use of Vendor Registration System is discontinued and we begin using Team Georgia Marketplace. Read More >>
