The Grate Grills & More Institute of grilling technology is proud to announce its spring 2010 Eggonomics Course Schedule
SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR EGGONOMICS 303 Eggonomics 303 classes, "Perfect Prime Rib" and "The Ultimate Crown Roast", will be held on Monday, March 22 and May 24 respectively. Tuesday classes will be only be scheduled in the event the Monday classes sell out and there is a sufficient number signed up on a waiting list. If we have 20 or more signed up on the waiting list for Monday we will schedule a second course on Tuesday.
