Beginners Yoga Series

Friday morning Beginners class will be offered as a six week series. Registration in advance is required. This is a great opportunity to commit to your practice as you return to a Fall routine. With the benefit of a consistent group, you will build a foundation together and find for yourself the true nature of wisdom in action.
