Dear
Do you ever get the feeling that you are stuck in a rut? Humans are creatures of habit and it is not unusual to find that we follow set routines day to day, making similar choices about our behaviour, about what eat, where we sit, and ultimately how we think. Routines give us comfort, stability and structure but we all know the saying:
"Do what you've always done and you'll get what you always got."
This month we're giving you a list of common habits and new things to try to introduce some small changes to your daily life. By implementing any of these changes you can increase your self awareness, practice new behaviours and rejuvenate aspects of your life you may be bored with. Have fun with our habitbreaker, by clicking here. |
