You can't manage time so don't even try!
The only thing you can manage is yourself. We all have the same amount of time, some people just manage it more efficiently. Try these tips if there is never enough hours in the day:
1. FOCUS. Decide on your prioirty tasks and do those until they are complete, without getting distracted.
2. HIDE. If you need to be left to work uninterrupted to meet a deadline then book out your diary and get away for a couple of hours to a meeting room, library or other secluded corner. Make it a monthly routine to get reports or budgets done.
3. MAKE APPOINTMENTS. Let people know when you are available to speak with them and give them a time slot that starts at ten to or twenty past the hour. That way they will appreciate your schedule. Let them know when you are running out of time by saying "For the last five minutes of our chat what would you really like to focus on?"
4. BLOCKS. Write emails and make outbound calls in blocks rather than here and there when you get a minute. Your prose will flow will be better and you will complete them in less time.
