Line 9: Incident Narrative -  Inmate Hall, with a history of rape and kidnapping charges, raped and killed a female corrections officer Donna Fitzgerald at the Tomoka Correctional Institution Wednesdayat around 1930 hrs.

Donna Fitzgerald was brutally ambushed and attacked during lockdown.  During the attacke some inmates watched and some tried to call for help.  When backup arrived Donna Fitzgerald was rushed to local Medical Center where she was pronounced dead..... The US C-SOG TOC is the first Privately Operated TOC for Corrections Special Operations in the world.  Staffed 24 / 7  with a Duty Officer(s) to monitor CERT events around the world.  The C-SOG TOC has been made available exclusively to CERTOps.  The TOC will provide specialized real time incident information to only certified Corrections Agencies and CERTOps registered operators.

Information will be restricted to classification levels, categories and Corrections Security Clearance Levels.

The TOC is available to all C-SOG Clients and Professional Alliances with DOD / LE Official Business.
