Line 9: Incident Narrative -  CO Jose Rivera was ambushed and stabbed to death Friday by two inmates at the United States Penitentiary (USP) in Atwater, while in the process of conducting afternoon count,  A number of CO's rushed to back up CO Rivera and the 2 inmates were restrained and placed in isolation.  The complex was placed in lockdown and CO Rivera was rushed to Local medical center.

The US C-SOG TOC is the first Privately Operated TOC for Corrections Special Operations in the world.  Staffed 24 / 7  with a Duty Officer(s) to monitor CERT events around the world.  The C-SOG TOC has been made available exclusively to CERTOps.  The TOC will provide specialized real time incident information to only certified Corrections Agencies and CERTOps registered operators.

Information will be restricted to classification levels, categories and Corrections Security Clearance Levels.

The TOC is available to all C-SOG Clients and Professional Alliances with DOD / LE Official Business.
