Do you know someone who literally bounces off the bed every morning, eager to start her day? She has a list of stuff to do, clients who will call, seminars to attend, things to plan for, family to cook and have fun with, a workout waiting at the gym for her, some more clothes to add to her closet, and some social causes to attend and good deeds to do?
Well that is the life that an inspired person wakes up to, with differences in whatever it is that is inspiring the person, ofcourse.
Many years ago I would watch movies where the heroine would wake up, go for a run in a park/gym, eat healthy, then set off to work where she is this CEO, and ending the day with a fun evening, and happy family time. This really appealed to me, the idea of it (with differences is what I wanted to do) and I started to incorporate these practices into my life. I set out on the path of what I wanted to personally experience in my life. In the beginning it took some discipline ofcourse (discipline is good) and then it became a habit for me. It generated in me feelings of already living the life I wanted to live until it started to become a reality for me. I spent time imagining what I wanted to experience until no longer was it just imagination, but sweet images creating even more sweet feelings drifted up in me automatically. Now my body is a vessel that just receives and enjoys these sweet images, and my mind sets out to attract them into my life. Awesome!
The Law of Attraction teachings say that the Universe does not differentiate between what is imagination and what is real. The vibrations reached in both cases are just as powerful. Here is where I add my words of wisdom :). I say that if you have some really good memories to back up the vision with, go ahead and use them. Your memories carry a lot of energy cause they are real in your mind, and the power of it is enormous.
Ofcourse, do weed out and neutralize the negative memories, because they too have power behind them, the power of evoking strong negative emotions, which just add power to your negative creations. Here is where a good dose of meditation, and breathing really helps to get the mind out of its negative thought patterns.
Replace the negative images with positive images.
So now, with the help of your imagination, can you dream up the kind of life that you will like? Take your dreams as far as they can go, and then stretch it a bit more after they have reached their limit.
And then seeing what you want in your mind's eye (and you can use movies and books to further strengthen the images that you want to see happen) you can set out on your life path, and watch your dreams attain fruition, physically experiencing them in your moment of now.
All you have to say to yourself is "Why not? Others have done it, why not me?"
And smiling to yourself, knowing that you are a Creator, with the Universe as your co-creator, you bring into life all your visions.
Happy creating!
Lots of love
