Nothing can come into your experience unless you summon it through persistent thoughts.
To know what you are thinking, just tune into your emotions and find out how you are feeling. You cannot feel good and bad at the same time.
As you learn to focus on your feelings and systematically change your thoughts you will attract good into your life.
Here are two thoughts for you to focus on -
1. I'm getting fatter. I look fat.
2. I look good today.
Each one of the above thoughts have an affect on how you feel, and as you end up putting emotion behind any one, you fuel it.
Between the two thoughts what would you prefer putting your emotion behind?
Personally I prefer, "I look good today".
Infact I prefer this new thought even more "I look good everyday."
And here is a better one "I look GREAT everyday. Woo Hoo!"
The last thought deserves a big woo hoo, don't you think? Can you feel your excitement go up many notches as you consider the last thought to be true?
You should consider yourself a big power source that chooses to put it's energy behind whatever is beneficial to you and you can change the direction of almost anything that is happening in your life. Even a small shift will have you going downstream, instead of upstream, and isn't that what we are all looking for?
Who needs a tough life? Isn't it time to make it really easy?
Become this magnet that attracts good to you, and just see yourself as this huge power house that fuels everything happening in your life.
What you choose to fuel is your choice!
When you end up having persistent thoughts about something just know that you are pulling that thing into your life with a force that only the Universe can see, observe and match.
There are always only two choices to make-
1. Do I stay where I am?, or
2. Do I shift into the space that I'd like to be in?
When you shift into the correct space, you will Joyfully Manifest what you want into your life.
And if people tell you otherwise, don't believe them.
For example, my dentist told me that I HAD to have a root canal and an extraction, and he showed me x-rays to prove his point.
I told him "I don't want to have a root canal."
He said "You have no choice in this matter."
That's all I needed to hear. Someone telling me that I had no choice!
So even though I allowed him to fix up an appointment for me, I went home, did my LOA work and the very next day I visited another dentist, allowed him to take new x-rays, and ended up not needing a root canal and extraction work. I only did what I was comfortable with.
So just know that you can change things. You can make a difference in your life.
Forget the naysayers and tune into what you want. Become actively involved in your future now. Don't leave it to chance!
Lots of love.
