Hi!
I just felt like writing about happiness and the Law of Attraction in this issue and it maybe because this earth is leaving behind patterns that kept it from being in happy energy. So many forces tried to keep this amazing planet of ours shrouded in darkness. Hey but light always wins, right? There are so many changes taking place on the political and spiritual scene. What will really happen is left to be seen, but if people can retain their original enthusiasm which lead to the change, then this enthusiasm itself will carry this country and the world through. Ultimately the person you choose to lead you, is the result of your enthusiasm for a better future. And it is this enthusiasm that you need to hold onto through the seeming ups and downs. Don't be shaken off easily and like a dog with a bone, just hold on and believe. I myself am not against any person, but I am for anybody who represents hope, love and prosperity for this country and the world. Sometimes things just need to change for the sake of change itself, and this new energy of hope then ushers in the change.

| Happy? |
The last time I wrote about energy and how things just keep happening according to the energy in place.
What your energy contains is what the Law of Attraction brings to you. If your energy contains the qualities of commitment, drive, enthusiasm, ability to complete tasks, keep things running well, etc., then what the Law of Attraction (LOA) does is to bring you evidence of those abilities. This is why it is important for any person to develop themselves in all ways. Personality development is a key to the LOA working well. For any contract to come to you, you should be able to bid for contracts with confidence and knowledge, right?
If you are prone to a short temper, then the LOA brings you evidence of that temper by bringing in more people who can provoke you into a temper. There will be so many reasons to get angry, even if it is just by reading about the world news in the news paper.
If you are prone to getting overwhelmed easily, then more reasons for being overwhelmed are brought to you. Things just happen out of the blue, and you are left feeling the stress of life.
Life itself brings up many of our shortcomings. It gives us so many opportunities to see them clearly. When this happens, it is best to do two things-
1. First observe the shortcoming, and make an intention to change.
2. Let it go after you notice it. Don't stick onto it and feel bad about it. Create reasons to feel better and to feel happy.
When you decide that you have learnt whatever it is you need to learn from what life brought to you, it is best to let go and then just be happy. This happiness is all that is really required of you.
Inspite of life's lessons, yet just remember that there is no-one who is there to judge you because nobody is qualified enough to judge you. If someone wants to contribute to your happiness, and bring you into your joy, then yes, allow that person to help you. But ultimately nobody gets to point fingers and hurt you. And even if they do, allow the words to sink in, take some time out, get busy and happy, and then feel your joy return to you. In this place of joy you are empowered to make changes, and get your points across to the other person.
Everyone loves to see a happy person and even though initially they may prod and poke you, yet if your joy is more powerful, it can outlive anything that others may try to sell you.
All you really have to believe in is your joy, and its power to move mountains. Meanwhile give the LOA less opportunities to bring you evidence of what you are not, and more opportunities to bring you evidence of what you already are. You are Divine and there is no doubt of that truth. Just be happy.

| Connecting |

The personality is born with some pros and some cons. Observe each person and you will find that what is a pro for them, is actually also a con.
For example, let's say that you fell in love with a very calm and peaceful person. Maybe you went through some trauma and you required this peaceful person in your life. Then as you spend some time with them, that same peace may start to bug you. This person could be so peaceful that he or she may not be dynamic at all. Now that you have ingested that peace from your mate, and may be peaceful yourself, you may now come to think of them as boring.
The same quality that attracted you may now repel you. A very dynamic person is made of the fire element, and may be very passionate. Yet this person may not know how to just be peaceful and do nothing and this fire quality may have you pulling your hair out.
Even as you observe this in others, also know that you are the same. What is a positive quality in you, may turn around and become a negative quality at any time. The ability to be a wonderful leader may also bring with it control issues.
To overcome this, just be mindful of what you are thinking and feeling, and try to be in balance. When you notice a quality that is serving you is also now creating issues for you, immediately balance yourself. Some people love to keep on meditating and that makes them so sweet and peaceful. Now turn it around and you have the word 'boring'. And some people are all 'out there' being the life of the party. Now turn it around and you have the word 'unsettling'.
As you observe your basic nature, you can use the observation to be in balance. If you find that you are too hyper, then just relax and meditate. If you find that you are too laid back, then put on some dance music and chill (healthily).
And also be aware of who you are connecting with. When you connect with people, those people add their weight to yours. If you are already hyper, then connect with people who are peaceful also. And if you are really laid back, then please do connect with dynamic and successful people. Sometimes you need that push.
Which is why we read books by those who have made it right? We connect with them, and they lend us their insights, knowledge, energy and presence. As you learn to connect consciously with such people, you are actually in their space and you can create whatever these people are already able to create.
I personally never buy books on discount. If something falls into my lap then why not, but I never seek bargains on books. The reason is that I would like to pay full price for the valuable teachings contained in that book. I get the full value of it, as I am then completely aligned with the author and his/her intention. By paying the price asked I am saying that I value your teachings and would like to imbibe it into my consciousness so that it becomes a part of me. Connecting with successful people and teachers of happiness is a huge key to creating successful lives. It is an invitation into your life of their energy. Do so consciously.
