Needham Residence DER | Needham, Massachusetts

Originally built in 1951, this former Cape Cod style home is undergoing a major renovation and addition, including an expansion of space, a new fresh contemporary look, and a Deep Energy Retrofit.

ZED is providing architecture services, energy modeling, DER consulting, and mechanical design for the residence. Construction begins this fall.
