Training in a Box
ZeroEnergy Design collaborated with Tohn Environmental Strategies to develop a Healthy Living Resident Engagement training for Enterprise Green Communities, an initiative of Enterprise Community Partners.

The training, dubbed "Training in a Box", is intended to engage residents of multifamily affordable housing complexes in compelling practices in four areas: Energy Conservation, Water Conservation, Healthy Living (i.e. minimizing toxins and allergens in the home), and Waste and Recycling.

What is unique about this training is the combination of compelling exercises, ability to customize content to local conditions, and ability for anyone to lead the training sessions (anyone can lead the training, whether a property manager or an energetic resident).
