AAP News

Damien FatongiaPlease allow me to take this moment to thank all of our wonderful Alumni Admissions Program members for their assistance in covering more than 100 different college fairs across the country. Without a strong alumni base, we would not have been able to accomplish this feat. We are happy to report that we are currently experiencing an increased volume of applications for the fall in comparison to past years (stay tuned for our application report numbers in our next newsletter). As we march towards our May 1 commitment deadline, we are counting that you will be able to join us in recruiting and enrolling these applicants. It is with your help, that we are able to recruit and enroll a diverse and talented class. Thank you again for all your hard work in promoting Saint Mary's College and we look forward to working with you.

Alumni-Endorsement Applications and Extended Deadline for Applications
A huge high five to all alumni who have endorsed an application. To date we have received 627 alumni endorsed applications. This is an all time record.

Due to issues with the application website, the Admissions Office has extended the application deadline for all alumni endorsed applications to Monday, Feb. 15.

The link to our online application is www.smcadmit.com/application. When encouraging a student to apply to Saint Mary's with an Alumni Endorsement, instruct the student to select the fee waiver option on the payment screen. When asked for type of fee waiver, the student should select "Other" and then "Alumni."  He or she will then enter your name and class year for the alumni endorsement, allowing the student to submit the application by the new deadline of February 15 and waiving the $55 application fee.
