It was only a matter of time.
You know when the shrink tells you to go to that "happy place"? Mine is the Kentucky Horse Park. I showed there in 1995 at the Maclay Regional Finals. It was a wreck of a horse show for me, but somewhere between the hormones and the tears I fell in love.
Now I'm closer to my horsey roots than I've been in 15 years and giddy about what that means for The Exchange. We are minutes from the beloved Horse Park and have instant access to four solid months of "AA" competition, including USEF Pony Finals, USEF Junior Hunter Finals, and the USHJA Hunter Derby Finals. Yes ladies & gentlemen, we're here all summer.
The weather's certainly better than Chicago, but not by much. Look for us in Florida next month.
