2010 Blackhawk Cup State Championship is Around the Corner!
 The Blackhawk Cup features the state's best local hockey team's competing for the title.
This year, AHAI is featuring 33 Divisions in the Tier I and Tier II Youth, Girls and High School State Championships vying for the coveted Blackhawk Cup in each respective Division.
There are also 4 Divisions of the Adult State Tournament, each Division vying for the State Title.

Illinois Hockey Hall of Fame Inducts Eight into the Class of 2009
The Illinois Hockey Hall of Fame recently inducted its 5th class of inductees into its Hall of Fame. The honored inductees who were inducted on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at the Belvedere Banquet Hall in Elk Grove were Dan Ahearn, Jim Augustine, Patrick Byrne, Tom Gullen, Bill Holke, Tom Hughes, Dave LaBuda and Bob Melton. Over 350 people joined in the celebration dinner.
On behalf of everyone involved in the game of hockey, we admire and thank each of the inductees into the Illinois Hockey Hall of Fame class of 2009. They truly are in a class of their own. |
