We're back from the trade shows with renewed energy and enthusiasm for our craft! Here are Lisa and Sarah in Advanced Fabric Wrapping. Of course they know their stuff really well, but managed to pick up a few important pointers from fabric guru, Baer Charleton.

Larson-Juhl announced their new collection of Artique double-thick 8 ply 100% cotton mats in a handful of natural colors. These rich colors and textures are only available in these gorgeous new extra-deep mats. We now have them in stock and ready to enhance your framing designs.

We had sneak previews of several exciting new products that will arrive in our shop later this spring. Nielsen exhibited samples of a new metal moulding line that mimics fine gold and silver woods. These patters will be great for those of you who are looking for a dressy frame in a very thin profile, strong enough to support large pieces of art. One of our favorite vendors, A-Street Frames, is sending us their new Arts and Crafts sample set, a collection of mortise and tenon Craftsman-style finished-corner frames. We're really excited about our new introductions, and we'll share the rest of our new products as soon as they arrive. Stay tuned for more!
 The PMA Show
We also attended the Photo Marketing Association trade show with an eye for future products that we will share with you as they arrive later this year. PMA is a huge trade show for the photography, scrapbooking, and framing industries. It was fun to explore different areas of our related businesses and share ideas with some of the best minds in these industries.
