Greetings!

Hundreds of high school teens will "Rejoice in the Lord" at Youth Day, the annual rally sponsored by the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry.

Held on May 4 & 5 at Archbishop Carney Regional Secondary School in Port Coquitlam, Youth Day welcomes Judy McDonald as our keynote speaker, Cooper Ray as our music minister, and Archbishop Michael to celebrate Mass.

The weekend will also feature workshops, adoration, meals and the priests vs. youth soccer game.

Jesus the Teacher Retreat

This overnight retreat, offered by the Office of Catechetics, starts tonight and is a part of the RCIA and PREP Certificate Programs. It provides an opportunity for catechists to deepen their relationship with the one Teacher, Jesus Christ, and reflect on their vocation to lead others to Him. Pre-registration is required.

Rejoice in the Lord at Youth Day 2012

We are called to rejoice in the Lord always and to take delight in Him; we can rejoice knowing that we have a God who loves us unconditionally. Wouldn't it be amazing if everyone we encountered knew that we are Catholics by what we say and do and by who we are?
