Please communicate to retirees that they now have two options for selecting their health benefits for retirement.

Retirees will need to make any changes electronically through ORBIT, accessible at www.myncretirement.com or by calling 888-234-2416. A customer service representative at this number can either assist retirees with navigating eBenefitsNow or complete their election over the phone. Paper applications for retirees will no longer be accepted. If they have additional questions about their benefits, please encourage them to visit the State Health Plan website.
