For BEACON HBRs
BEACON Benefits BI Reports are available to assist HBRs when Annual Enrollment has ended. HBRs can run the B0151, Eligible Employees Not Enrolled, to identify employees who are currently not enrolled in the Plan. Additionally, the B0009, Benefit Annual Enrollment Statistics, and the B0011, Participating Employees, reports are also available. If you need any assistance in running these reports please contact BEST Shared Service at 919-707-0707 (in Raleigh) or 866-622-3784 (statewide).

For eBenefitsNow HBRs
HBRs must enter elections or make changes in the "HR Role" in eBenefitsNow by 5 p.m. today. Benefitfocus will conduct a final mass approval on April 3 for any outstanding approvals.

Agencies without a payroll connection with eBenefitsNow will receive a Payroll Changes Report. This report highlights the changes made during this Annual Enrollment. Click here for the report delivery schedule. eBenefitsNow also offers a report called the "Benefit Detail" report that provides Annual Enrollment elections in spreadsheet format. You may run this report after Annual Enrollment is complete.
