Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less!

Enrollment for real-time, online classes is available at www.ESMMWeighLess.com. All weekly classes are conducted by a live instructor, fostering interaction between the instructor and all participants. Participants can conveniently attend classes from home or office using a computer.

The January 2012 class series is scheduled to begin the week of Jan. 9 and end the week of April 16. Registration for upcoming classes closes on Jan. 5. Classes are available during early morning, lunch and evening hours:

  • Tuesday, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.: Starting Jan. 10
  • Wednesday, 7 to 8 p.m.: Starting Jan. 11
  • Thursday, 4 to 5 p.m.: Starting Jan. 12
  • Thursday, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.: Starting Jan. 12
