We're excited to share a feature article that recently appeared in the Boston Globe which focuses on UTEC's plan to expand services to Lawrence youth. The article also highlights the Commonwealth's introduction of social impact bonds that would provide a unique opportunity for UTEC, through a partnership with Social Finance, to further expand our work in both Lowell and Lawrence.
