Every election cycle, UTEC teen organizers survey their peers to find the top concerns of young people in Lowell. After hundreds of surveys were distributed, the responses were used by UTEC organizers to formulate questions for candidates running for local office.
UTEC youth organizers also use their research and the forum feedback to pave the way for new local campaign ideas - like the ongoing "Vote 17" initiative that has put Lowell on the map for municipal-election history!
