Our new technology CrystalTek Reflective Vinyl-Off is biodegradable, low VOC, waterborne, non-flammable, mildly scented, and carries no hazardous rating for marine life.
Reflective Vinyl-Off was created in response to our users' requests for an even more powerful vinyl remover for removing specialty reflective products and thicker layer of adhesive backing. It removes reflective vinyl, removes metalized vinyl, and even removes non-vinyl signage! This product penetrates printed or colored/cut outer layers and attacks the pressure sensitive adhesive, easily releasing the sign from the surface.
If you have an incredibly tough removal job, whether it is specialty vinyl, non-vinyl, or just your standard weathered vinyl; this is the product to use!!
Extra caution must be exercised on non-factory primed paints and all surfaces. This is a powerful chemical and testing prior to use is highly recommended!

Our tech support team has over 38 years experience with graphics failure analysis, printed circuitry, fleet graphics, large format, removals, installs, and maintenance. We have 50+ years experience in working with various adhesives, coatings, sealants and finishes. Our extensive knowledge combination in these fields has allowed us to become experts in Green Chemistry, product innovation, and graphics care & removal products. We are a new breed of chemical compounder with a performance, health, and environmental focus unique in the marketplace.
Q: How is Reflective Vinyl-Off different from original Vinyl-Off?
A: Reflective Vinyl-Off is a more aggressive product. You will sometimes see visible changes in the graphic after applying this product. Less heat is required & depending on the type of graphic being removed, a longer dwell time may be necessary. Reflective Vinyl-Off may affect painted surfaces more often than regular Vinyl-Off, so testing prior to use is even more important. This product also works as an aggressive adhesive remover effective on epoxy, Gorilla Glue, Super Glue, and almost all other adhesives.
Q: Will your Vinyl Off products affect my paint?
A: TEST-TEST-TEST Factory cured paints are not affected. However, if the vehicle paint was not properly cured or is porous due to age, it may be affected. Low temperature cured paints ARE affected. All painted surfaces should be tested prior to use.
Q: What if my graphics are really old, baked on and hard to remove even with your Vinyl Off or Reflective Vinyl Off products?
A: When removing non-vinyl specialty graphics, or very difficult to remove graphics, lightly rough the surface of the graphic with 100+ grit sanding sponge before applying. This will open up the surface allowing product to penetrate through and do its job of attacking the adhesive.
Q: What if I followed all of the directions on the bottle and it still doesn't seem to be working?
A: Well....you're obviously not holding your mouth right! HAHA! Really..... just give our technical support a call at 770-643-8501, we have many years of experience in removing graphics with and without the use of our products. We're always happy to help!

Our new "Reflective Vinyl Off" is NOT just for reflective graphics!
Reflective Vinyl Off is more powerful than our original Vinyl Off product and can be used on metalized vinyl's as well as constructions using polyester laminates including Diamond Grade. It has been proven useful for your standard vinyl graphics that have been stuck on for years and don't seem to want to budge.
Reflective Vinyl Off can also be recommended for use in cooler climates. Removals with substrate temps around 50°F/10°C without adding heat is now possible!
Warmer is faster and less time in a hotel room watching the weather channel still means getting the job done sooner.
