Greetings!

A recognized characteristic of connective tissue is its impressive adaptability.  When regularly put under increasing physiological strain, connective tissue changes its architectural properties to meet the increasing demand.  Therefore, the type of demands we place on our body largely dictates the outcome - environment plays a much bigger role than we are often led to believe!  You know the saying..."you get what you do".  If you want a healthy butt and back, you must "feed it" forces that allow it to breathe, pump, and move within.

Be Well,
Lenny and Brandi
