Quick Tips for Balanced Living

Sept/Oct 2011
A Healthy Spine is a Healthy Life
Greetings!

Why is it that some days we feel younger and some days we feel older?  You might be thinking "it depends on what my back feels like that day".  It's no secret statistic that about 80% of the population will experience back pain some time in their life.  Depending on your age and other factors you've most likely experienced at least one bout of back problems in your life and are likely to experience more if you don't take action.

The encouraging news is that there are simple movements that, if practiced regularly, can help promote a healthy back and make you feel as young and energized as ever.  Please watch our quick video below that demonstrates a sequence of spinal motions using self induced traction to give your spine and all the tissues that surround and protect it, the space and circulation needed for optimal health and function.

Stay Well,

A Healthy Spine is a Healthy Life...

And, OH HOW TRUE this ancient yogic saying!  Compelling fact... as humans, we are dynamic creatures.  That means things are always changing... for the better or for the worse... all depending on the forces/stresses that we place upon ourselves.  Start making a positive change today because if not now... when?  Improve the health of your spine and in turn, improve your life.  Just do it!
