1) Fear of falling is the number one health concern of individuals in their later years. 2) Balance is NOT a state of stillness or rigidity, but rather a state of equilibrium where there is a harmony between all the parts or our whole being. 3) The feeling of greater balance is increasingly effortless, not harder work. Balance tasks that may have once been a conscious effort can become a subconscious reaction that is more effective and efficient in real life activity.
