Quick Tips for Balanced Living

Getting to the CORE of things
Greetings!

Welcome spring and warmer weather!  Thanks for the feedback many of you gave us from last month's MCM.  We are excited that you found the information practical and useful.  If you have any topics of interest, please email your suggestions to us at brandi@aimsportsmedicine.com.

With summer around the corner, it is normal to begin to think about the physical appearance of our body.  If we want to change our body we must move it and to stay healthy we must move it correctly.  Movement of the core will not only make you feel better, but is essential for optimal health.  The following video will add to your core movement library.  Keep on moving!

Stay Well,

Three important facts about the core:

1) it includes everything in your body, except your arms and legs.
2) it can be "turned on" by movements of your arms and legs.
3) it thrives on movement, not rigidity.

OUR MISSION:

To provide each individual with a principle based process to optimize function.
