Welcome to MC Monthly!  Each month our goal is to provide you with a few useful movement tips through a quick video that will help create the dynamic balance in your life that results in your improved health and well being.

Three things to consider when performing your reaches:

1) start with tall posture, elbows up high will drive your torso taller
2) let your entire body participate in the movement, not just your arms
3) move in a fluid manner, it should feel good!
