Charleston-North Charleston, S.C., climbed to 11th in the rankings from 19th last year-and 30th the year before. In the Southeast, Charleston ranked behind only Huntsville AL (#8 in U.S.), and ahead of Raleigh (#14), Nashville (#30), Savannah (#70), Augusta (#77), Greenville (#113), Charlotte (#114), Columbia (#115), and Atlanta (#145). |
