Annual Meeting

The St. Mathias 2012 Annual Meeting will be Sunday, January 22nd at and following worship. We'll share a meal together, give thanks for good things that happened in 2011 and are happening in 2012, and join together in choosing the specific goals in our vision for 2012. This is both an official business meeting, but also a "family" meeting of the family of St. Matthias. Please us.

Meal: please bring a brunch-friendly nut-free dish to share with the rest of the body at St. Matthias; drinks will be provided

Set up: if you can join with Jeff Smith and the Vestry to help set up at 8am on Sunday, we would appreciate the help

Thank you to those who have pledged for 2012

Thank you for your generous pledge for the mission of God and the vision of our church. We are very excited to be moving forward with more clarity and energy. Thank your Vestry for their service, as well.

2012 Annual Report

The Annual Report of activity and finances will be posted online on the St. Matthias Webpage Monday evening at www.saint-matthias.org. We will not be printing copies for distribution. Please take the time to read the report and or download it/bring a copy with you to the Annual Meeting. In addition to the report, a detailed line item report and the line item budget will be posted on the Warden's and Treasurer's page along with the usual monthly Treasurer's Report. All the information is public and if you cannot find what you are looking for, don't hesitate to contact Michelle our Treasurer, our Senior or Junior Warden, any Vestry member, or Fr. Scott.

Clerk of the Vestry

St. Matthias is looking for a Clerk to serve during 2012. The Clerk is responsible for preparing the Vestry packets, preparing minutes at Vestry meetings, and maintaining the Vestry Binder (official record of Vestry business). Skills include working knowledge of email and PDF documents; a laptop is helpful. Please see Fr. Scott and/or current Clerk, Gael Phaneuf if you are interested in serving. We are most grateful to have a Clerk!

Thank you each for being a part of the St. Matthias family or extended family. The Lord bless and keep you!
