Diamond Prices Up in the U.S.—And It’s a Seller’s Market

DiamondsThe prices of certified polished diamonds are on the rise in the U.S., according to Harry Winston Diamond Corporation and a new report by Rapaport Research. Prices rose almost 10 percent this year due to various factors, including increased demand in India and China, strong trading by dealers and a lag in manufacturing that can’t keep pace with demand—all factors contributing to a current seller's market in early spring.
