Discussion Board Feature

KWizCom's Discussion Board Feature provides a full set of familiar internet discussion board features that you can easily customize to match the look and feel of your SharePoint implementation.

Discussion Board Feature 1.3 enables administrators to create 'sticky topics' that are positioned stationary at the top of any forum. This is an ideal place to post important information such as guidelines or announcements.

The new email alert feature allows users to always stay in the loop. Users receive email alerts each time a comment is made to a topic they created. Users can also subscribe to email alerts for any forum or discussion.

Survey Plus Update

Create enhanced cross-site branched surveys and quizzes in SharePoint with KWizCom's Survey Plus. Enabled with various types of questions including drop-downs, radio buttons, check boxes and rating scales, you can also create great-looking charts.

With Survey Plus 3.3 you can now connect to surveys located in other site collections

Rating Feature Update

Streamline the user experience with KWizCom's Rating Solution. Users can rate and comment on pages, documents and list items using either 5-star rating, voting and kicking rating control.

Rating Solution 2.2 allows external products to retrieve item rating as HTML.

Case Study: Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools

Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools faced the unique challenge of centralizing its student records and increasing accessibly, while ensuring confidentiality.

The initial plan was to use InfoPath Forms to upload forms and use separate lists in order to manually enter stats. The process was cumbersome and time consuming so staff had difficulty keeping up-to-date.

Kwizcom's List Forms Extensions Feature was deployed to provide a single data entry form to populate all necessary forms, while at the same time ensuring that access to sensitive information is given to authorized personnel only. Kwizcom's Repeating Rows Field Type was deployed to automatically populate a statistics list, with the option to export as an Excel sheet.
