Action Alert
January 17, 2010
Greetings!
"No one could make a greater mistake than he who
did nothing because he could do only a little."
--Edmund Burke Irish orator, philosopher and politician

It is very important that everyone return the petition forms, whether completely filled our or not, on Monday January 18th between 4 pm and 6 pm at the NC Contractors Association Building at 149 Crown Circle Court off of Whispering Pines.

You can also pick up more petitions if you need them. This meeting will take place every Monday until the project is finished. We also do training at the meeting. The petition project is going well and we will be continuing. However, we need to turn in our weekly numbers to the California TPP.

Our biggest problem is that we don't have enough signature gatherers. Please volunteer a couple of hours a week to help us. We will train you and work with you. As Edmund Burke says in the above quote, do a little, it helps a lot. Your help is truly appreciated.

Tea Party -- PARTY

Our free (no cost to the public) Tea Party Party is going to be a huge success. Many of our local elected officials will be attending -- not to give speeches but to meet you. There will also be some people who are going to be running for office that you may want to meet. We have a live classic rock and roll band, snacks, desserts and a no-host bar. We expect it to be a full house.

It's being held at the Elks Lodge in Grass Valley and starts at 7 pm and ends at 11 pm. I promise that it is going to be fun!

If you would like to donate dessert items please contact one of the following:
