Construction Moves Along Through The Cold!
The Club Tennis Center is moving along quickly with the Pro Shop beginning to take shape and the tennis courts near completion.
With plans to open in Spring of this year, we are excited to bring you news on this wonderful addition to The Township. It will include covered viewing areas, state of the art equipment and an outstanding management team developed by Barney Chadwich, The Club and St. Dominic's Health Services.

Coming Soon!
The LIVE.Guide is an interactive tool that will help you and your family make decisions on where and how to build your home in The Township.
It is a great way to view sample plans and check out the different lot options available. We also have handy tools for estimating construction costs and determining your monthly payments. The LIVE.Guide is designed to be a one-stop shop for building your home in The Township at Colony Park.
We will be launching the LIVE.Guide site in the coming weeks! You will be receiving information on how to use the site along with a built-in tutorial. |

 Christmas Lights A Winner!
The Township is excited to tell you that the Christmas Light Show was awarded the Blue Ribbon Award by the Beautification Committee of Ridgeland. We thank all those who supported the show and led to this outstanding recognition.
The Christmas Light Show will not be a one time event at The Township. Come see us again next year for this annual event. We will be showcasing new items every year!
