Greetings!

ETF Accyract at 100%We have three Stochastic or Power Ws.  They were discovered by Ryan Butcher.  Commentary is by Dick Brenneke.  Ryan, stand up and take a bow, you deserve it.  His finds are the result of serious hard work and an ongoing study of the rules used by North of the Blue.

I have to say that I have never had a person who used our system for only a month of so produce such impressive results.

Read on, please and when you see Ryan at our meeting this Wednesday stop and congratulate him.  If you have found stocks you want the class to consider, please let me know by email or at our seminars.

Sincerely,
Richard Brenneke

Three Stochastic Ws
The rarest of the rare.

Approximately one month ago a man in his 20's asked me if he could try our system.  He told me that he had virtually no stock market investing experience but wanted to learn how to earn money using a systematic approach to the market.  In other words, he wanted to use rules that he could wrap his arms around to produce predictable results.  We discussed the fact that not all rules are 100% accurate and that even those that are do not always produce triple digit returns.  Life and the market just don't work  that way.

He assured me that he was willing to try and to put in the time it takes to learn how North of the Blue works.  He did.  He was so proud when he announced last week that he had made his first investment and that he made money on it.  I have never seen a person do as much reserach as Ryan has done.  He is learning North of the Blue's rules inside and out.  Moreover, he has gone far beyond our lists and the research we report on in our Executive News Letters.

The results are pridictable.  He is producing stocks with very strong growth potential.

I am very pleased to present his last three stocks, all of which are built on the Stochastic W or Power W rule.  My suggestion is that anyone interested in buying these wait for an hour or so on Tuesday to get a sense of where the market is going.  Barring an unforseen and total crash be prepared to buy these in the morning trading.

  • HMIN Home Inns Hotels Management (China)
  • CAAS China Automotive Systems (China).  I hesitate on this only because of the red selling days and the possibility that the upward leg of the W may be stalling and  going flat.  Give this an hour or so on Tuesday to check that it will continue to climb.
  • CYD China Yuchanai International Ltd. (China)  I am sure we will see growth iin this stock but perhaps not as rapid as we would like.  Notice how the last leg of the W is climbing at only 45% and not the 60% we would like to see.  Again, barring unforseen issues with China or the market, on Tuesday this is a buy.

+1 Stochastic W in ETF Land
The rarest of the rare.

In my research, I too found a Stochastic W or Power W.  The stock is:

  • BDH, Broadband Holders, an Exchange Traded Fund or "ETF" as they are also called.  I did some research on this and found that the load is very evenly distributed with about five stocks out of ten pushing up.

Check the List box and you'll see the list for "BDH_BROADBAND_ETF".  Click on that to see the symbols for the component stocks.  As time goes by and the need arises, we'll add ETFs and their components.  It makes for interesting reading and often opens our eyes to new stocks. This one is very  early into the final leg of the W since it passed the 15% mark on Friday.  Like Ryan's I think that this one has merit for a Tuesday morning buy, with the same caveats regarding the market.

Sharing
I have limited initial distribution of this email to those of you who are attending our free class.  You are putting in the work and deserve first crack at potential winners.  So here you go.  Call or email me if you have questions.  See you on Wednesday evening. Later I'll include this email in our weekly newsletter.
