Triaster Process Solution - Partner Update

Welcome to this update from one of our key partners - Triaster - who provide an excellent process improvement, mapping and library solution.  We are pleased to announce availability of their latest version and the opportunity to test their software and the hosted offering FREE for 3 months.

Triaster 10.1 Released

Triaster have released the latest version of their suit of process tools - this includes:

  • Triaster Process Navigator helps you capture your processes quickly and easily using a standard Microsoft Office interface and with seamless integration to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio.
  • Triaster Publication Server helps you share your processes with small teams or entire enterprises through a single button-click publish to a web-enabled Process Library.
  • Triaster Browser Toolkit Server helps your end users use the processes with integrated search, report and analysis tools.

  • Triaster Improvement Workbench Server helps you improve your processes through the ability to clone Process Libraries, model proposed To-Be process variants and report on the major process performance metrics.

This suite enables you to deliver processes to the fingertips of everyone in your organisation.

Triaster in the Cloud - Hosted Service Available
Triaster Cloud
The Triaster suite of process tools is now available as a fully hosted solution.  This will provide you with a physical server dedicated to your organisation or specific project and comprising all the hardware and software that you need to run your Process Library. The only element not contained in the package is the Triaster mapping software (Process Navigator) which must be installed on the machines used by the process authors.

The Triaster Hosted Solution makes your life considerably simpler as the procurement, hardware setup, software installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance will all be looked after for you.  The cost is £9K per annum for those organisations with a Trusted Partner Licence Agreement (reducing to just £6k in year 1).

We are able to advise on the suitability and and benefits analysis of this hosted offering (along with others having recently worked on hosted SharePoint, Enterprise Wiki, Time Management and eProcurement implementations) as well as with the general Triaster deployment into your business.  Please contact us if you would like to find out more.

Triaster PricingTriaster have made the process of becoming a new customer simple, affordable, transparent and flexible.

Triaster offers a free, no obligation 90 day Hosted Evaluation to help you decide if Triaster is the right solution for you.

Once you are happy Triaster meets your business needs, you then pay a single, subsidised year one cost of £15k + VAT +  expenses for the full Triaster solution (all modules and any number of users).

Once year 1 is complete, your costs therafter depend on the level of benefits you would like Triaster to deliver for you. You will have had 15 months to understand precisely which of our products and services you want and need, and in what quantity, so you can select an agreement that is right for you.

Agreements start at £10k per annum. Subsidies of up to 75% are available for small businesses, and registered charities receive a 20% discount.
