20 Watt Buck/Boost Driver RBD-12 Supplies High Power LEDs
RBD-12 delivers high voltages (up to 40V) from a low voltage source (as low as 8V) and supplies LEDs from 3 to 20 watts, with input voltages 8 to 36V/ constant currents 350mA or 500mA. Output voltage can be above or below supply voltage within the range 2 to 40VDC. RBD-12s are digital/ analog dimmable, comply with EN/UL60950-1 and carry 5 year warranty.

 NTNU researchers have patented and are commercializing GaAs nanowires grown on graphene, a hybrid material with competitive properties. Semiconductors grown on graphene are expected to become the basis for new types of device systems, and could fundamentally change the semiconductor industry.
