CBOQ Youth
E-update: From an Avalanche to a Blizzard
Greetings!

For many youth ministries, late January is the calm between an Avalanche and Blizzard. It's also the time for many youth ministries to make that bridge between Christmas and March break (the "winter blahs"). Whether through our retreats or through other opportunities, we encourage you to provide step-out-in-faith moments for your students this winter as they strive towards Jesus. Feel free to send us your stories by email, Facebook or Twitter and share with your youth ministry friends.

Serving Christ alongside you,
CBOQ Youth

Avalanche update

Muskoka Woods was packed with 470 students and leaders, enjoying the cold, playing in the snow, worshipping our God with Sound of Love, and wrestling with the truths presented by Mike Gordon.  One leader from Immanuel Baptist Church in Toronto said, "This was a great week that is encouraging for both the youth and the leaders. It helps the youth realize how big the Kingdom of God really is and what they are doing to build it. This could be the start of a movement. We just need to do something to move it."

Continue to pray as 1000 students and leaders combined will come to Muskoka Woods over the next two weekends.

Centre Court registration package online
Date: April 1, 2012
Location: AIr Canada Centre, Toronto ON

Centre Court is a first-point-of-contact for your ministry's non-Christian friends. It is a safe event that will interest students who aren't Christians and will demonstrate how a connection to Jesus influences the lives of students and others. This year, we have a great team working on bringing you a program where your students can bring their friends and introduce them to Christ in a comfortable atmosphere. The program will take place following the game.

The registration package, promotional poster and waiver forms are all available online for download
.
Registration begins on Tuesday, February 14, 6:30pm.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Alvin
