New Project in Chile

We're proud to announce that we have recently undertaken a project for the Chilean Museum of Pre-Columbian Art, in Santiago, Chile.  We'll be providing casework and outfitting the textile room with motion-activated LED lighting to display the museum's collection.  The exhibit opens November 18th.

SmallCorp introduces Miniature Microclimate Cases

We often come across large, historic, or built-in cases that have aged and are no longer airtight.  Often, these cases hold many small objects. Rehabilitation or replacement is not always an affordable option, especially in challenging financial times.

In response to the need to protect objects while continuing to use  existing casework, we have developed miniature microclimate cases.  These small cases are selaed and fully archival, and can be sized to fit your object.

SmallCorp will be exhibiting at the 2010 New England Museum Association's annual conference in Springfield, MA, November 3rd through the  5th. Stop by and visit us at booth 10!

Customer Service Update

As a part of our ongoing effort to improve customer service and efficiency, we have made changes to our ordering process.

For every order, we issue an order confirmation via email, fax, or mail, according to your preference.

We ask that you please review the order confirmation right away; then either approve or note changes, and return it to us.  You can return it via email, fax or mail.

Once we have a signed copy or an "okay to proceed", we will release the order for fabrication and be able to provide an actual ship date. The ship date is based on when we receive your final approval.

This new step ensures that we all agree on the specifications, pricing, and materials, as well as the anticipated shipping date.

We appreciate your business and support. Thank you in advance for helping to make this an easy transition.
