Take a close look at the picture of our shop staff above and you may notice a new member. That's right -- there's a life-sized terra-cotta-coloured Archangel in our midst, holding a torch!

(Angela and Eileen were at lunch and it was Greg's, Elvyra's, and Nicole's day off.)

Who are we, and what do we do? Well, let's see.

Cat blends all of the stock oils, writes the web pages, creates graphics for labels, administrates the Lucky Mojo Forum, is a co-host of the radio show, and reads tarot cards for clients five days a week. Nagasiva handles purchases, manages all on-site technical matters, and feeds the animals (Sophie, Kitty Boy Floyd, Copper Kitty, the Chickens, and catherine).

Robin is the shop manager, coordinates purchases, keeps the database together, works in the lab, provides customer service, and blends colour-bases for incense, bath crystals, and sachets. Heidi works in the lab crafting oils, incenses, sachets, bath crystals, mojos, and spell kits, and does order entry when needed. Greg makes oils, incenses, sachets, bath crystals, mojos, and spell kits, and he is also the manager of the book department. Tracy pulls orders and gets them ready for shipping, and helps with candles and in the lab. Alicia works in the lab, pulls orders, and fills in on order entry and telephone customer service.

Angela is the office manager; she answers email, schedules appointments, provides customer service, and doubles on order entry. Della does order entry and customer service and is branching out into live chat during the radio show.

Eileen is the shipping manager and handles packing, shipping, and some telephone service too. Aidan works in the shipping department and also labels candles and packages products.

Nicole handles the setting of lights at Missionary Independent Spiritual Church and writes and sends candle reports to clients. Elvyra reads tarot cards two days a week and assists Nicole with candle services, as well as stocking new goods in the shop.
