First, I want to thank all that participated in our survey last month.  Your comments and evaluations give the staff, chauffeurs and I an idea as to how we are doing and what areas we may need to improve upon.

You asked and you shall receive!  Automatic email receipts are immediately sent to the email address on the reservation when the credit card is processed.
 
Luggage Policy
 
Our policy for the chauffeur is to bring your luggage to your door. For your safety and theirs, they are not to enter your residence.
 
Water Please!
 
Several responses mentioned their wish to have water in the vehicle.  Your wishes have been granted!  Water will be available, even for airport transfers!
