Daylight Saving Time
Don't forget to 'spring-ahead' on March 8th at 2:00am and turn your clocks ahead! Many believe it should be correctly stated as 'Daylight Shifting Time' as we don't  actually save daylight; rather, we shift daylight from morning to evening.
Why did Benjamin Franklin think this would be a good idea anyway? Did you know that Arizona and Hawaii do not participate? "For the U.S. and its territories, Daylight Saving Time is NOT observed in Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, and Arizona. The Navajo Nation participates in the Daylight Saving Time policy, even in Arizona, due to its large size and location in three states", as stated by http://www.webexhibits.org/daylightsaving/. |

Paperless & Voucherless Rides
YPL is always searching for new and creative ways to service our clients.
Current and new customers of YPL will now experience our implementation of a 'paperless' and 'voucherless' ride. Reservations are prepaid over the phone or online and there is no need for calculations, signatures or the processing of credit cards in the vehicle while en-route.
Confirmations, receipts and invoices are emailed according to how your account is set up or we can email/fax a receipt upon simple request.
