CHE---A Transformational Ministry

As
many of you know, FAME has been involved in transforming our ministry into a
more holistic work by incorporating Community Health Evangelism (CHE)
throughout our ministry. A few years ago
I, along with others, realized we had a missing piece at FAME.
We were doing a good job with both evangelism
and curative focused medicine but were sadly lacking in the area of prevention. It was frustrating to participate in the
medical camps we conduct and realize many of the illnesses we were seeing
are preventable. This led me on a quest
to find a way to incorporate more prevention strategies into our medical camps,
which eventually led me to CHE. More...
