UPDATE ON MARIE

Marie went in for her ultrasound on Monday, March 8. She has to have surgery, therefore now we need to see a cardiologist. She has a fantastic chance for survival with this surgery, if she doesn't have it, she doesn't have much longer to live. Please if you can help, please do, even if it is a dollar. We rescued Marie from a kennel situation where she had been born and living with her mom and littermates for a few months. We took this litter because they were living in a cage. At first we were going to the kennel and pulling the litter, taking them to adoptions and then after adoptions bringing them back. It got to the point where we just could not take them back to live in that cage for seven days a week minus the six hours we had them for adoptions, where we had them yet in another cage.
Marie is between 9 to 10 months old. She is a very petite girl. She has a heart problem that we hope can be corrected with either surgery or medication but we need to have an ultrasound done on her heart as soon as possible. Ultrasounds are approximately $400 for starters and we will need to go to a specialist to have this done.
If you could spare even a dollar, it will help us raise money to get her in as soon as possible. Marie is such a sweetheart that we cannot bear the thought of losing her.
