This Tuesday, a host of anti-abortion rights bills will be heard in the House Judiciary Committee. They include a so-called "fetal protection" bill, a bill that would establish a 24-hour waiting period for abortions, and a bill that would mandate ultrasounds for women seeking abortion services.

Anti-choice activists will certainly attend this hearing in large numbers. It is time for us to remind our elected officials that we are the majority. Join other RINOW members in attending the hearing wearing "Trust Women" stickers to show our support for women's reproductive freedom. 

We will gather at 3:30 by the North side entrance and will be wearing NOW stickers- make sure to get one. Note: If you're late, the hearing is in the House Lounge.
