Self Defense for Girls

Are you a girl between the ages of 11 and 18? Have you ever wanted to learn how to defend yourself? Well here's your chance! This free workshop lead by female Tae Kwon Do instructors will teach simple techniques to help you defend yourself in sticky situations. Zumba for Teens
