Monday, August 12:00-4:00 p.m., Main LibraryFor beginning babysitters. Topics will include basic baby care, minor first aid, how to deal with difficult children, and what to do when a baby is choking. With craft, game and book ideas from the local librarian.
The Young Ladies Book Club

While in a coma following a car accident that killed her parents and younger brother, seventeen-year-old Mia, a gifted cellist, weighs whether to live with her grief or join her family in death.
Pick up the book on July 11 and talk about what you expect from it. We'll discuss the book in August.
